How about I tell you that you can redraw your old black-and-white or any old-styled (Box Brown's) floor plan into a high-end design that people love to see and engage with property? At the lowest cost and not just that, with the following:
No advanced payment | No subscriptions | Unlimited revisions | 24-hour turnaround time | Totally hassle-free.
Yes, you read that right! Also, you get some discounts on some floor plans depending on the difficulty type. Best in country, especially for real estate agents all over Australia. Redraw your floor plan today 👉🏻
Our pricing structure is designed for you to pay only for what you need or style. For example, if your unit has 2 bedrooms, then our budget floor plan only costs you $20 AUD, not $100+. Our most expensive (not really) floor plan will cost you $95 AUD only if you choose the Ultimate Floor Plan and the property layout has 5 bedrooms. You can’t believe it, right? Yes, no one can. Not like any other service, like your local photographer or any other Box Brown's or Pure Designs.

While we were doing market research over Australia's real estate, we noticed that some agents use the builder's floor plan, or they use a black-and-white floor plan that is so hard for potential buyers to read, and some don't even include a floor plan at all. The thing about out-of-town buyers is that they're why I always say to "see your listing through a buyer's eyes."

Why does a floor plan redraw matter in Australia?
Some real estate agents have good photography for their listings, but they use black and white floor plans or don't even include them even if they have an existing floor plan to redraw. In Australia people search their homes online before they decide on the on-site inspections. They see an online listing in a particular area and imagine they love one home, and the agent didn't include a floor plan. So they move back and see another listing in the same area, which has a good floor plan. Now you can compare if you imagine yourself on the buyer's side. And yes, photography doesn't tell the full story a property's floor plan does.
Before an onsite inspection or ringing the agent's phone, serious buyers decide faster and move on in some scenarios. People love to see the well-designed (professionally redrawn) floor plan; it increases the time spent on your listing and engagement with the property. Or sometimes buyers ask for a floor plan if you didn't include it in your listing, and you show them a builder's or architect's complicated floor plan, and it also looks unprofessional. That's why a professionally redrawn floor plan matters to your listing.
How much does a floor plan redraw cost in Australia?
It depends on the service you choose; for example, your local photographer offers you a bundle that includes the floor plan redrawing or on-site measurements, and that will cost you $500AUD. Or a single floor plan redraw costs you $100+; whether it's a small unit, the price is the same, and still you receive a black and white CAD design floor plan because they want to deliver it before 24 hours, and they have other projects to handle; therefore, they make the design minimal and basic.

Or if you chose global service or hired the freelancer, they would charge you in their local currency, like USD, and the minimum would be $50+USD, the same as your local photographer does. Services like Box Brown's charge approximately $45USD; sometimes they don't even include the front yard and backyard, and the revisions are the big headaches. Also, if there are any major contraction changes or any new contractions that are not covered in the existing floor plan, they will definitely miss that. They don't even include your branding (Agency name) logs or your name, etc.
And if you choose HOMO Plan's redraw service, our maximum floor plan redraw charges are $95AUD If you choose our Ultimate floor plan redrawing service (that includes furniture placement into the floor plan). Our service costs you as per the floor plan type you choose.

Our hassle-free service: you can get started just by filling out a few details about you and the property and uploading an old floor plan to redraw. More information means we can redraw it accurately.
No login is required, nor a credit card. All things we handle via our email, so you can reach out for any help or revisions anytime. We serve more than 18 clients in Perth; they love to use our service. The refund policy is also available, and you don't actually require that we give a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
At HOMO Plans we can redraw the floor plan from the following copies.

What if I don't have any existing floor plan to redraw?
No worries, you can make a rough sketch by measuring the room dimensions, including windows; that takes approximately an hour to create, and yes, you don't have to measure the backyard or front yard. HOMO plans get you covered with that.
You can also ask for any existing floor plan from the seller (agent's client), like the builder's floor plan or any other agent's floor plan who previously uploaded a floor plan to the listing. Or you can get from the council, but you may have to pay small fees. They will provide the builder's or architect's floor plan later. You can send it to the HOMO plan for redraw so it will look professional in your listing.
Final thoughts
You can choose the service that you are comfortable with according to your budget or which service's design you like. But a floor plan is mandatory stuff in real estate listings, especially in Australia. I will highly recommend the HOMO Plans redraw service.
About me
Well hello, readers. I'm Mazhr, CEO and founder of HOMO Plans. I am also a designer with around 5 years of experience in the 2D design industry. I also worked at a local Perth photographer as a floor plan designer and at Floor Perth as a floor plan designer and photo editor for around two and a half years. During that time I decided to establish the new startup, and I founded the HOMO Plans, struggling with finances and infrastructure. Yes, working until late at night, sometimes 24 hours without looking at the clock. I remember those struggling times after working hard solo and not getting any clients; that hit so hard and was so frustrating that it pushed your limits. Finally get some hope and motivation to move HOMO plans forward. That's the short story of me and HOMO Plans. Thank you for staying till the end. I hope you gain some knowledge, and we added some value to you, like we received the floor plan redraw as your gift. Take care and best of luck for your upcoming listing.
