Also, if there are any major contraction changes or any new contractions that are not covered in the existing floor plan, they will definitely miss that. What if I don't have any existing floor plan to redraw?
No worries, you can make a rough sketch by measuring the room dimensions, including windows; that takes approximately an hour to create, and yes, you don't have to measure the backyard or front yard. HOMO plans get you covered with that.
You can also ask for any existing floor plan from the seller (agent's client), like the builder's floor plan or any other agent's floor plan who previously uploaded a floor plan to the listing. Or you can get from the council, but you may have to pay small fees. They will provide the builder's or architect's floor plan later.
